HOTEL

How far is from the hotel to the city center?
The hotel is based right in the city center, 300 meters from the Market square.

At what time do I need to check-in and check-out of the hotel?
Check in time is 2 pm, and check out time is 11 am.

What are the options of payment at the hotel?
Guests can pay by card (we accept majority of them) or by cash (we accept Polish złoty and euro, but when paying with euro we give change in Polish złoty)

I will travel with a small child. What facilities can you provide?
We provide cots, bedding, blankets, potties, small bathtubs, baby toilet seats, stroller and more. Please ask reception for availability before making reservation.

Is there a laundry service in the hotel?
The hotel provides a laundry and ironing service, which is outsourced to an external company.

Does the hotel accept pets?
The hotel does not accept pets.

Is there a parking at the hotel? Is it charged additionally?
The hotel has an underground and outdoor parking which costs 50 PLN per day. We do not book a parking.

How to enter parking?
Guests have to turn right just behind our hotel restaurant, then go through a small tunnel, turn right following at the same time the white curve painted on the ground. Please always wait at the green light before entering the garage. Please pay attention to the steepness of the entrance to the car park. Cars with low suspension are advised to park in the external parking lot.

Are there any bus & tram stops near the hotel?
Hotel is surrounded by 3 tram stops and a bus stop, all within very short walking distance.

Is it possible to rent bicycles at the hotel?
It is possible to rent bicycles.

I’m allergic, is this hotel for me?
Yes. The hotel is suitable for guests with special needs in terms of allergic sensitivity. Not accepting pets prevents from spreading the animal allergens. Our linen and mattresses, as well as cosmetics available in hotel rooms comply with anti-allergic criteria. Our kitchen can prepare, on request, meals that are free from particular ingredients/allergens. Please, always notify the restaurant of your preferences or dietary requirements. We will meet them, if possible.

How far from the hotel is the nearest cash machine?
The nearest cash machine is 10 meters away from the hotel and supports all cards.

Can I exchange currencies at the hotel?
No. There is no possibility to exchange currencies. The nearest Currency Exchange office is 6 minutes away from the hotel, at Świdnicka Street.

I left something in my room, how can I recover my property?
Once the hotel will recover the missing item, guest will be informed and the mean of returning the item will be determined. The guest orders a courier to whom we forward the parcel.

Is the reception also open at night?
The reception is open 24/7, to ensure our guests can check-in, check-out at any time and come with any problem that needs resolving. If guest wants to receive an invoice, it is possible from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm.

Is there a luggage room in the hotel?
Yes there is. It is located on the first floor, just right by the conference centre reception. It is free of charge and available 24/7.

How can I get to the hotel from the airport?
There are two possibilities to get to the hotel from the airport. The first - by ordering a taxi, the second - you can catch bus number 106, which stops 500 meters from our hotel, at Orląt Lwowskich stop.

How can I get to the hotel from the train station?
There are two possibilities to get to the hotel from the train station. The first - by ordering a taxi, the second - you can catch tram or bus heading to Market Square or Świdnicka Street.

How can I get to the hotel from the bus station?
There are two possibilities to get to the hotel from the bus station. The first - by ordering a taxi, the second - you can catch tram or bus heading to Market Square or Świdnicka Street.

Is it possible to order a taxi from the hotel?
It is possible to order a taxi. Please advise us about your request in advance

Is there a SPA in the hotel?
The hotel does not have SPA. However, our guests are more than welcome to use our Finnish sauna and gym. Sauna is open daily from 8 am until 10 pm, while the gym is open from Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 10 pm and on weekends - from 9 am until 10 pm. Guest can also order a massage

Can I print airplane/train tickets at the hotel?
Yes. Our guests can send via e-mail their tickets to reception who will print them out.

Is there a pharmacy near the hotel?
Yes. The closest pharmacy is 270 meters from the hotel.

RESERVATIONS

Will the hotel require additional payments after paying for the reservation?
Any extra fees can result from the use of additional services such as laundry, breakfast (if not included in room rate), restaurant orders, parking. To make it more convenient for our guests we can make a pre-authorization during the check in and you can settle the payment upon your departure.

I will be arriving at the hotel in the late afternoon. How can I secure my reservation?
As a hotel, we suggest to leave your card details in order to secure reservation. Another option is repayment based on a proforma invoice.

Is there an option of early check in?
Yes, however it depends on the availability. Early check-in fee is 100 PLN.

Is there an option of late check out?
Yes, however it depends on the availability. Late check-out fee is 100 PLN.

RESTAURANT

What is the breakfast serving time in the restaurant?
Our breakfast is served from 7 AM until 10.30 AM on week days and from 7 AM until 11 AM on weekends. Our guests are more than welcome to order room service by calling 4471.

What is the food serving time in the restaurant?
The hotel restaurant is closed until further notice.

I am leaving very early in the morning and I won’t be able to eat breakfast in the restaurant. What can the hotel offer me?
For guests who are not able to attend our breakfast, we prepare a special ‘Breakfast to Go’ package. Please inform reception about such a request in advance.

ROOM

I will travel with valuable items – can I store them safely in the room?
Each room is equipped with locked safe, to which guest set up access code. There is also possibility to leave valuable items in the reception safe.

Is there a possibility to open windows in the rooms?
No. There is no possibility to open windows.

Is there a possibility to smoke in the rooms?
There is a strict no smoking policy in the hotel (tobacco products and electronic cigarettes). Breaking of this rule results in a financial penalty of PLN 500.

Are the rooms adapted to the needs of disabled people?
Hotel has one room fully adapted for the wheelchair user. It has large moving space in the room and spacious bathroom with special shower seat. Sink and toilet are also adjusted accordingly.

Is there a mini bar available in the room?
No.In the room there is only a mini-bar type refrigerator. However, it is not stocked with products for consumption.

Is there a refrigerator in the room?
There is a mini-bar type refrigerator in the room.

Is there an iron in the room?
Apartments and Superior rooms are equipped with iron and ironing board. To the rest of rooms we provide iron and ironing board on request.

Is there Internet available in the room?
Every room has WiFi  Internet connection.
