Finnish sauna
When you return to the hotel after an active day and before you lie down in a comfortable bed and white sheets, allow yourself a moment of relaxation in the sauna. The dry (Finnish) sauna is a wonderful way to relax combined with many health benefits. For hotel guests, the sauna is available exclusively at no extra charge. Our sauna is made of cedarwood, with a separate relaxation zone, showers, toilets and changing rooms.

For an additional charge, you can order massages and facial and body treatments prepared for you by our cooperating specialists. The offer is available on request at the reception, a day before the treatment at the latest.

We will be happy to help organize a transfer from the hotel for you, commissioning services to proven taxi companies. To make a reservation, please contact the hotel reception in advance. Payment for transport should be made by cash or card in a taxi.

Parking at the Europeum hotel
You don't have to worry about parking while staying at the Europeum. For our guests, we have prepared 36 monitored parking spaces in the underground garage and ground parking spaces. We do not make reservation parking spaces. Please contact our reception for more information.

What time do I need to check-in and check out of the hotel?
Check-in is possible from 14:00, and check-out is 11:00.
What are the hotel payment options?
Guests can pay by card (we accept most of them) or in cash (we accept Polish zloty and euro, but for payments in euro we spend the rest in PLN)
Will the hotel require additional payments after paying for the reservation?
Any additional fees may result from the use of additional services such as laundry, breakfast (if not included in the room price), restaurant orders, parking. Guests can settle them during check-out - in this case, we will pre-authorize the guest card.
I will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon. How can I secure my booking?
As a hotel, we recommend that you leave your card details to guarantee your booking. Without them, the reservation is only held until 4:00 PM. Another solution is prepayment on the basis of a proforma invoice.
Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes, it is located on the first floor, right next to the conference center reception. It's free and available 24/7.
Can I print airline/train tickets at the hotel?
Yes. Guests can send their tickets to the reception where they will be printed.
Is there a car park at the hotel? Is it payable additionally?
The hotel has an underground and surface car park, which costs PLN 50 per day. We do not book a parking lot.
