Paid extra

In addition, we are open to your additional requests. We will fulfill orders in the form of flowers, a bottle of wine or a basket with fruit in the room. We will order for you a birthday cake or pastries for another occasion. We will help you organize a romantic dinner in one of the recommended restaurants in Wroclaw or book tickets to the Opera or Theatre.

Policy towards children

Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Pets are not accepted.

Parking - information

The parking fee is 50 PLN per day. The exception are selected offers that include parking in the price.

Cancellation conditions

Free cancellation is possible until 23:59 on the day before arrival. If you cancel your reservation after this time or if you do not show, the hotel will charge the equivalent of the first night rate. In order to guarantee the reservation, you must provide your credit card details.
